Back in 2019, my garage door finally gave up. It was an up and over garage door and both cables snapped. I initially sent photos of my existing garage door and introduced myself to Chase Garage Doors. The response was within 24 hours and brochures were sent to me online based on the information that I provided. At this time, COVID-19 had well and truly set in, but Stuart was more than willing to come out to my property to discuss my options and measure up while we socially distanced. Stuart explained to me to different doors, the time frame from wondering to installation and quoted me for two different installations, again with 24 hours. From the time of agreeing to my chosen option, to paying the deposit, to questions I still had after, the whole team at Chase Garage Doors are amazing. The ladies in the office, thank you for always being well mannered and polite, all questions were answered quickly and efficiently. To Stuart, who owns this company, you have a fantastic business. To the fitters on the day, who again were well mannered, allowed my son to watch them throughout the installation, explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. After my installation, I thought of another question. I telephoned the office and the fitters even came back to discuss it with me. I now have a wonderful Derwent split garage door in anthracite grey and I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Chase Garage Doors, for such a pleasant experience. A highly recommended company.

Ok, so we are returning customers, We have had 4 garage doors from Chase. They have installed both manual and electric doors. Originally chase were recommended to us by a customer who had used them before. Easy to deal with, written quote provided, always within time frame agreed sometimes earlier, install team turned up on time and finished doors to a high standard
